Care Instructions
1. Trim the Wick Before each use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch to prevent smoke and ensure a clean burn.
2. Burn Until Wax Pool Reaches the Edge Let the candle burn long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edges. This helps prevent tunneling.
3. Don’t Burn Too Long Limit each burn to 3–4 hours. Overburning can cause overheating or soot.
4. Keep Away from Drafts Avoid placing candles near open windows, fans, or vents to prevent uneven burning.
5. Never Leave Unattended Always burn candles within sight and keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
6. Extinguish Carefully Use a snuffer or gently blow it out. Let wax cool before moving or relighting.
Shipping
Hey there! Just a heads up, wax can melt during those hot summer months. We suggest sending your package to a place with climate control, like your office, or making sure to grab it soon as you get the tracking info. Unfortunately, we can’t replace packages that are left outside in the heat.
