Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Because our candles are handcrafted and personal care is taken with every order, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened products.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out. We gladly offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items when reported within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
